What does my package include?
The Standard Package Includes Member’s Badge, Car Parking 1:2, Morning Coffee, Champagne Reception, Luncheon with Wine, Afternoon Tea, Complimentary Bar, Television, Racecards and Central Tote Facilities.
Parking?
Labels are provided 1:2 as part of a Chris Coley Racing Package. We suggest you use the 1st available Car Park, but please note Car Park D is the nearest to the Tented Village.
What if I lose my tickets?
In good faith Chris Coley Racing has prepaid the Racecourse for all tickets. The racecourse does NOT offer replacement tickets.
If I have already bought my own Entrance Tickets/Badges can I still buy Hospitality Packages?
Yes - the cost of your Tickets/Badges can be deducted from your Hospitality package price.
If I have booked a facility on a "package" basis ie a Private Chalet or a Reserved Table in a Marquee or a Glass-fronted Box can I invite in a guest(s) to join me for a drink?
A categoric "No". Chris Coley Racing trusts that all customers will adhere to this policy and thanks them in anticipation.
When do I get my tickets?
Tickets, itiniries etc, are dispatched in early February once that full payment has been received.
What is the difference between a Members Badge and a Tattersalls Ticket?
Both categories of ticket allow access around the Parade Ring area and the Shopping Mall but you need a Members Badge to gain access to the Lawn and Main Grandstand steps.
How do I obtain Guinness Grandstand tickets?
These can be ordered via Chris Coley Racing.
How do I place a bet?
You can place a bet on course with the bookmakers, or by using the Tote. You will find a Tote within your hospitality area. It is against the Racecourse rules to provide your own Bookmaker in any of our facilities.
What should I wear?
Cheltenham in March is hardly Ascot in mid-summer. Hence all racegoers should dress with warmth in mind. Gentlemen would normally wear a Jacket and Tie in all Corporate Hospitality facilities.
What time do the Gates open?
The Gates open at 10.30am and Morning Coffee is available in your facility from 11.00am.
How long does it take to get to the racecourse?
As with all major sporting events, allow plenty of time for your journey. There are direct train routes to Cheltenham Spa & when you get to Cheltenham there are buses & taxis available. For more details on getting to the racecourse click here.
