Marquee M10 sited next to the Pre-parade Ring was the perfect base for Owners and Trainers with runners. The Gold Cup was held aloft in there late on Friday afternoon and the champagne flowed freely through the whole marquee. |

All of our customers on the cancelled Wednesday were refunded in full within 5 weeks. Many letters of appreciation were received including the following from a Midlands based next day carrier company …… “Chris, many thanks for the refund and indeed the manner in which you have approached the whole awful scenario…….” “I thank you for acknowledging your loyalty to your clients and rest assured that we shall be rebooking with you for next year”. |

The new Glass-fronted Boxes, each with their own Private Viewing Balcony, were very well received – “the new boxes were both spacious and airy and we have moved into the 21st century! The balconies were an added bonus”. |
